First let me address JOHN M’S REVIEW the unbelievable stories you spoke about in your review were true stories. Family and personal emergencies do happen.. Maybe you should give the benefit of the doubt before you go off on a horrible review. It looks as though you make a habit of reviewing in this manor. Shame on you. As for myself I have trained with Ross since Feb and he and I have good communication. He is a thorough trainer and works with all ages and all injuries. He listens when you have a concerns. I can see and feel the difference in my body. The perk for me is we work out in my home with no distractions.

Do not do business with this individual. I had two scheduled appointments with him and he blew off both. No text, call or email to let me know in advance that he was unable to make it. I had to reach out both times to inquire why he didn’t show up. Both times he responded with crazy stories that were difficult to believe. I completely understand if something occurs that prevents someone from not being available. But as a business owner you know your schedule and have an obligation to let clients know when you’re unavailble.

I have been training with Ross(one way fitness) for a couple of weeks now. I was immediately comfortable with him. He challenges me and pushes me just enough, always encouraging me. He is incredibly knowledgeable and every session I feel like I discover new muscles. He is caring and because he is so caring he doesn’t let me give up during the workout or on myself. I highly recommend him and while I haven’t met his staff I just know that anyone he works with has to be up to his high standard.

I have been training with Ross(One Way Fitness) for about 7 months. First of all — he is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. He is supportive, encouraging, enthusiastic, energetic, patient and motivating. He will push you more than you will push yourself, but never more than he knows you can handle. Every time I train with him, there are new exercises — it is never boring! BUT there is also a very clear rhyme and reason to the workouts. I don’t ever feel the effort I am putting in is arbitrary. He has a plan for you, customized for you — all to reach a sustainable goal of better health and fitness for the long term. Each time I work out with him — I feel more confident in my fitness capabilities — I am getting stronger and healthier… and the extra bonus, looking better!
