I have been going to Dr. Iceland for for almost 25 years. I LOVE him. I can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. Best dentist I’ve ever had.

My first time at Dr. Iceland was awesome. His staff was friendly and efficient. I wish I could say the same for my second visit.
I made an appointment for a cleaning the week before heading back to school. I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and checked in and took a seat. While waiting, I overheard about 3 – 4 women chatting about personal issues, seemingly as if they had nothing to do. About 10 minutes later, a woman walked in and also took a seat to wait. A few minutes after, another patient walked in and before she could get to the counter, they told her to come in, as if she was a favorite patient. That sort of annoyed me a bit, but I didn’t know the circumstances, so I continued to patiently wait. It was when one of the assistants came and called the other woman waiting that made me mad. I went up to the counter and told the receptionist that I was on a time crunch and that I’ve been waiting for some time now. She got up and went to refer with the doctor, I assume. When she came back, she said it would be another 10 minutes. Ultimately, I decided to leave and will not return. I’m sorry, but if you don’t know how to receive patients promptly, efficiently, and professionally, then consider getting a new staff team who can!

I’ve been going to Dr. Iceland (and Dr. Kent) for years. They are both excellent dentists. They’ve kept my teeth in good shape over the years. I highly recommend them.
