Great Clips

Great clip! April cut my long, thick hair with perfect layers. She also took the time to blow dry it properly. Easy place with experienced and well trained pros. I’ll be back!

They were nice but I received a pretty bad haircut from here. Uneven and didn’t clean up the neck/​hairline. I didn’t really notice how bad it was until my friend commented on it.

Been here twice now and both times I have left with an OK to bad hair cut, not good or great, but just OK or bad. I debated between giving them one or two stars and ended up giving the two because I didn’t walk out with a terrible haircut.
So I have been getting the same haircut since I joined the military over 15 years ago. Even thought I’m now out I still like the same haircut. Never have I been anywhere else that when I as for a medium skin fade that the person cutting my hair decides to argue with me about this. But 2 time with 2 different «barbers» at this location I have had assure them that I know what a skin fade is and I know what I want and they still, try a #2, #1 then finally use no guard as requested.
Both times I have been there the haircut has taken WAY to long. Its a bit ridicules that a simple fade should take well over 40 minutes. Most places that I have been to can do a really good job in about 20 minutes or less.
The first haircut they did a terrible job cleaning up my neck and I had to redo it at home. The second lady did a much better job at that. Neither «Barber» offered to put gel or any other product in my hair. Then to clean up the loose hair on me they barely dab a dry towel around my head. Come on, you have to know that does no good at all!
Then the haircut is $ 17. What $ 17 and I get an OK or bad haircut that takes way to long. They don’t do any of the common things like a hot towel or even put some gel in my hair. I know why I have been able to walk in with no wait here 2 times now. Go somewhere else I know I will from now on.

They supposedly open at 8. I arrived at 8. Closed. They finally showed up. and unlocked the door. I asked if I could come inside and sit down as it was cold. they said «no» due to the cash box. But the store had a sign in the front window «limited cash on hand.» So I felt like a criminal. They let me come in after a while. Then four other customers entered and had to be checked in. Then they posted a sign on the TV saying next customer = 60 minute wait. Then they decided to let me sit in the chair but they had to set up the station. So my 8:00 hair cut started at 8:18. Bottom line = great hair cut, worth the wait. The young lady who cut my hair explained she was alone until 9 am when another person might show up.

I like to bring my son here the staff is friendly and I being a hairdresser myself (not currently working… Raising kids) am super picky… I have no problem letting them know exactly what I want or expect I have even taken the clippers from one of the lady’s to show what I ment but all the time they are nice and friendly. I do like the place it’s clean and organized and I don’t think the price is bad when I worked in a salon I would charge $ 25 for a mans haircut. I also believe you get what you pay for… I fixed $ 10 haircuts all day in my last salon!!! Lauren was the last girl that worked on my son and she did a great job!

Very good service and hours later than most haircut places. Monique was great and cut my hair even better than I thought I wanted it to be. On top of that, she was very careful and thorough. I also asked her to trim my beard and she did an incredible job with that, too. In the end, she also trimmed my eyebrows. I got a coupon for a $ 6.99 haircut if I come back in the next five weeks and with this hot weather, I’m sure I will.

Conveniently located. Fast & efficient service. The salon is very clean. More importantly they give good haircuts here. I highly recommend this place for men & kids. Women tend to be fussy about their hair. But this place is perfect for my sons & myself.

NOTHING about my experience was great! :(I stopped here desperately in need of a haircut during an extraordinarily busy few weeks with work. I have done Supercuts in a pinch with fabulous results. Unfortunately, there was no Supercuts near me but «Great Clips» was right down the street from me and I figured it couldn’t be that different, so I took shot. Wish I hadn’t! The «stylist» who absolutely butchered my hair spent the entire time wheezing heavily down my neck. I brought in 6 photos (3 of which were recent pictures of ME with all angles of the style I was looking for) of exactly the cut I wanted. I explained to her precisely what I was looking for. She did what she wanted with devastating results! I had paid for a blowdry in addition to the shampoo (which was cold and lasted all of MAYBE 90 seconds with shampoo AND conditioner) and cut. The «blowdry» experience was about 10 minutes of the blowdryer on at MOST medium temp and low speed. Once she got my hair to relatively damp, she soaked it and my scalp in hairspray (so much for the shampoo) and then took a round brush with the dryer still on the warm and low setting made a feeble attempt at styling. There was no flat iron, nothing. I left with a sticky, gummy, choppy, uneven travesty on my head. Needless to say, I will NOT be back!

Fast, easy and convenient always! I am always in and out in 15 minutes and my cuts have been great every time by multiple stylists. My cut is pretty easy since I really just like it short and cleaned up. Thanks Great Clips

I haven’t seen any reviews for this place yet, which is surprising since they’re really busy.
I will put a caveat on my 5 stars: I have gone to get my hair cut twice and Arielle, who cut my hair the first time, was really excellent so I made sure I went to her again. The 5-​stars is mostly just for her since I haven’t been to anyone else.
The shop itself is really nice, bright, clean, organized and everything is new so that’s all good. Everyone is really friendly, also nice. The entrance/​waiting area is pretty cramped, but I have never been there long so I haven’t had that bother me. You can check in through an app to avoid having to wait. And if there’s a long wait there are nearby shops you can probably go look around and I’d recommend it. They have the waiting list displayed on the wall TV too so you can see where you’re at in line.
Again I cannot review the other stylists, but I will say that I would personally be nervous having any of them cut my hair because both times I was there someone accidentally «checked-​out» and changed my notes in the computer while I was still getting my haircut. They’re supposed to check you in when you get there and check you out when they finish so they can put in the computer how you like your hair cut for next time, but since they all use the same register it seems some of the stylists get confused and check out the wrong person. I could understand it the first time when they had just opened but it’s been a few months and I have reservations about having someone cut my hair if they can’t use the register.
Still, for the price on the coupons they have right now (because they recently opened) it’s definitely worth a try to see if you can find a stylist who cuts hair the way you like.
