This place has wonderful products and customer service. They are friendly and professional and motivated to help their customers make the right decision for their home set up and not just push product on you like some of their competitors. My husband and I have been to several audio places and this one was the overall best: knowledgable and nice salesmen. Their atmos demo room is awesome and they worked to find a demo clip to match our audio video taste.

I contacted and hired Evolution to «remodel» my existing home theater system. The two installers showed up on-​time, performed clean work (not easy to do when going through drywall for my project), and when they left, my place was as clean as when they arrived. For their second visit, again, they arrived on-​time and my place was spotless when they left. My «remodel» is now complete, and I would recommend this outfit to anyone who wants their audio/​video system done right.

We had the worst experience ever!!! The price quoted was not what was charged. They added extra cables without connector ends on them and can’t be used (and charged me for them). The Wall mount they installed does not function from tilt to flat (I was told to put a piece of wood between the wall and TV to keep it positioned where I wanted it!!). The Surround sound does not work and when they came out to check it out (2 days after the original install) I was told that this would be an extra charge service call THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THIER WORK.
