Beds Unlimited Mattress Stores

After visiting all the other mattress stores along the same road we were overwhelmed and over it. Alas we went to mattresses unlimited and were pleasantly surprised with the helpfulness and low-​pressure ambiance in this store. We ended up going over our budget but we’re extremely excited about our purchase, a feeling I never expected from a mattress.

We purchased our first mattress and bed frame from them almost a year ago. We still love it and it’s of great quality. The delivery was seamless and everyone we spoke with was courteous and professional. For a fee, they broke down our old bed and put it together in the guest room. They were done in less than 20 minutes and did a nice job.
We moved to Simi a few months ago and were in the market for twin beds as our girls have grown out of their cribs. Shame on us for forgetting this fabulous, little store. But, we tried to buy at Ashley Furniture and our experience was terrible. So, we finally thought about these guys and wondered if they had children’s beds. Of course they do! We ordered the beds. Eric was incredibly helpful. The beds were delivered and cribs disassembled (and taken away). They look fantastic!
The delivery was pushed back a week because they were out of stock. These things happen and we understand. However, if an associate promises that they will call back with pertinent information and they don’t, that doesn’t really help the customer. I felt like we had to chase people around when we shouldn’t have had to. But, that’s my only gripe about this place :) When we’re ready for more furniture, we know who to call!

It’s now been over a year and I can honestly say it is still the most comfortable mattress. No tossing and turning, sleepless nights are gone. I love my Bliss!

Sarah was great. We love our mattress, and she was very helpful and patient with all our questions, and with letting us thoroughly test out every type of mattress.

Beds Unlimited finally came through with compensation for their horrible delivery service. Their first attempt was to offer store credit when we had already purchased bed, pillows and mattress protector from them and received sheets from Tempur Pedic. Not sure what was left to purchase from them! After a brief discussion they agreed to credit us an amount equal to the store credit originally offered. Finally!

I Can’t really blame them too much but was in a real big hurry to get a mattress after going through a fast divorce, The sales guy led me to a mattress telling me it was the best value!!! after two weeks it obviously was not, it had a hole about 4 inches in the middle they would not exchange or return it

I have not purchased my mattress yet, but when I do it will be from Beds Unlimited. Ben and Karen have been so nice and helpful and they are not trying to take advantage of their customers. so refreshing!

Ben was great and very helpful. The bed we were looking for was not in stock, but they were able to order it and provide a better price than the other three mattress stores in Agoura. Delivery was earlier than promised and everyone was polite and professional. The plus is that this is a family-​run business and they really care about the customer. I strongly recommend Beds Unlimited to anyone who wants a great bed at a great price, without dealing with the retired car salesmen at the other stores!

Great service, knowledgable and friendly! I am thrilled with our new bed! They even provided us with a loaner while we waited for our new Cal king split electric bed. Great price and great service, must be the family owned approach to business. Even the delivery guys were great and commented on the family feeling they got working with the company. WE ARE SLEEPING WELL.
