It is a very nice but small gym. Me and my husband are members for a while. They have the equipment which can cover my basic needs. But the space is small so they don’t have all the equipment I need. That’s the only downside I think. We live in the circle so the gym is walking distance for us. In the morning, there is less people and we feel like we have a personal gym which is very nice. And I love the woman fit room. They have nice and clean lockers, sauna and the shower rooms. the gym style is modern industrial which make me feel like a tough woman while work out !!! Good environment.

This is a new facility and is very nice. It’s smaller, but it seems to handle the amount of traffic nicely. You will see lots of group activities going on around the gym. For example, it seems like there’s a lunch bunch of dudes that lift together with a trainer. There’s also a group of women doing a bootcamp-type workout on the first floor right before the stairs. They seem to have everything here, if not a lot of it. They have all kinds of kettlebells, ropes, balls, grips, and other equipment I can’t even think of. They have a nice rooftop basketball court, although I only saw like two guys use it because it’s outdoors and it’s summer in Dallas. There are only two barbells in the gym area, though they have more barbells in a separate fitness room. But if there’s a group exercise going on there are only two available. There is also only one bench rack or squat rack. So If some one is doing bench and some one else is doing curls in the squat rack, you’re screwed. I never had any real issue thankfully, I would just do something else for a couple sets and then it would free up. But still, it was always a concern in the back of my mind driving to the gym if I was going to be able to lift that day. I was really impressed with open airiness of the gym. Most of it is on the second floor, and it has lots of natural light. The lockers/showers were really nice. Actually I really liked the shower stalls, top notch. They also have a group fitness room on the first floor, but I didn’t get to check it out.

I have been a member for a while now and highly recommend Trophy Fitness Club in Addison Circle. Steve and his team are fantastic. The hours are nice. The club is very well maintained and the equipment is available. I really appreciate the individualized attention and ongoing support. If you are in the area, stop by and give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a member here for over a year now. I heard about it through my company. I like the privacy the gym offers, the friendliness of all the staff, and the cleanliness. The amenities are also a plus considering this is a smaller gym than a chain gym if you are used to that. The biggest plus has been my interaction with a trainer here. I had always been apprehensive about signing up with a trainer due to a previous bad experience at another gym. However, I met with Robbie, whom is incredibly knowledgable in his field, and very attentive to my goals, and what I wanted. All of their trainers are highly qualified, but my personal experience I have had with Robbie has been amazing! I thought I would just get a few sessions, & it has turned into 2 months so far! I Highly recommend this gym, and Robbie.

This gym is pretty awesome. Extremely clean as a staff member is always wiping stuff down. The equipment is in nice condition. I really enjoy the bathroom facilities — like a luxury hotel! There is complimentary towel service, soaps, lotions and a sauna. The gym is not the largest but hey it’s good enough to have space to move around without bumping into people. Worth the price — not really much more than a mainstream national gym. Buy local!

Been a member for, 5+ years. When I decided it was time to loose the weight I did it there, 95+ lbs. I was able to use my personnel trainer, the equipment was always maintained to stay in the same condition as when I first joined, and most importantly I started to use their laundry service to eliminate excuses of not having my clothes. With plenty of towels looking forwarded to a shower was a pleasure. This club treats you like a professional and for a medium size gym has a great deal of capability for a workout. This gym is perfect for fitness needs but may lack some equipment if the goal is competition power lifting or body building.

I joined Trophy Fitness a few months ago and I’m quite fond of it. First of all, it’s perfect for anyone living in Addison Circle, because it’s in walking distance. The space is great and clean with nice machines. The staff is very friendly and eager to assist. It’s a neighborhood gym so one perk is that it’s never crowded, but the one downfall is that it’s a tad more expensive than other gyms.
