thinking about it worse communications I have seen in ages!!! Manager of the area I was interested deemed I was not important for his time. Looks like its going to be a «NO»

I rented an office for a couple months and the manager at this location as well her staff were extremely helpful in getting everything set up. I was a little freaked out by the reviews on here regarding charges but I had no problem stopping service when I left. The manager even helped me get set up in my next location with an office to find something to suit my budget.

Terrible horrible customer service from upper management all the way down to their receptionists. Hard to believe they can stay in business when they treat long time customers in the fashion I was treated. There are plenty of other choices in virtual offices and I would recommend using anyone but Regus.

By far the worst experience I’ve had with customer service… or lack of it! Not only did they conveniently extend my agreement for one year without a single notice, they now refuse to correct their mistake! On top of that, they have by far the worst customer service… from the top of upper management to the bottom. Obviously they are trained poorly by their upper management and it shows. After several emails to talk to management, I get a half-hearted call from area manager giving me yet another number to call while telling me she has to run out and can’t talk. Sorry you’re in such a rush lady, but do your job!!! Then they overcharge my account(well beyond my monthly rate) and give me attitude when I ask for credit. Now I have to wait for them to process a credit. You can’t just take $$$ from small business then not give a crap. These are hard times Regus, pay attention to your customers because one day you’ll be sitting on empty offices begging for customers… just like you did to me over a year ago! Yes, that’s right, your sales staff stalked me for two months trying to get me to sign, and now I’m brushed off! You forget small businesses work off referrals, and trust me every small business contact I have will hear of your poor service and lack of management skill!
