The food has always been good. Always consistent and tasty. The temperature of the soup is hot. I notice some locations serve phở with cilantro too, this one does not. Not on the side anyways. I go here when I need a good bowl for my soul and I want to stay close by. Sure I’ve had better phở but this place is convenient and not too pricy.

Lots of food for a good value, very busy, lots of staff to help, only one roach ran in front of me near the register.

Ordered grilled lemongrass sliced pork with rice(C3). Rice served cold, plate was replaced when it was brought to their attention. The pork was not grilled, had no flavor and was not sliced. Very bland. Fried egg rolls were decent. We noticed another table took one bite from their shrimp roll and left it untouched after that. Lewisville location much better. Will not come back to this location again.

Service was good but the food was so so. I’m from N. CA and here for a business trip. Saw the place stop in and order the V10 — dry noodle with 3 different meat. The meat seems it’s been sitting in the freezer too long. Not fresh. Very mushy and dry. Should of try the Phở.

OMG! I had the Bangkok Seafood Noodle Soup. A great combination of spicy and flavor! I added the basil, jalapeños, sprouts and lime juice. WOW. Great flavor and the basil lasted the entire bowl. I came in starving so I ordered the BIG bowl. Way too much. I was stuffed and had soup to spare. I think that’s alot since I’m a big guy at 6“3″ and 250. I also tried the Hoisin Sauce which added some«sweet» to the spice. This place is absolutely awesome and I will be back! Probably next week!

I tried this place out for the first time today. They ran out of broth during the lunch rush. How is that possible? They said they would have more broth in 15 minutes. I thought the broth took hours and hours to prepare. I guess not.

This place is very clean, the staff are very friendly and efficient, the prices are great, the food comes out pretty fast and the presentation looks great, but the food itself was pretty bland that’s why the low stars, I would give 3 and a half if I could, because everything else being Great.

No fresh meat. Pre-cooked. But most importantly, the owner is a HORRIBLE person. Treated us like trash!!! I wish I didn’t have to give a star!!! I came here because my friend recommended the place to me. I’m from Houston, so it’s pretty hard to find actual tasty broth. I typically go to one particular phở place in Plano. But I was meeting a friend in Addison. We came in and was greeted right away, and ordered. It took two people to take our order because they couldn’t understand us. Which I had no issue with. My friend ordered chicken with spicy noodles. My sister ordered a vermicelli with pork balls. I had the regular beef phở. When we got our food, my friend mentioned his chicken tasted strange and old. I tried it and it had a texture similar to a sponge. My sister said her pork balls tasted strange too. My soup was fine. I had ¼th of it already. And my sister just ate around the meat. It was ridiculous to have to eat around meat. So, we called our waitress to our table and asked if the chicken was cooked fresh… She said no. They pre cook it and just throw it in. My friend asked for something different. He just wanted anything with freshly cooked chicken. She then proceeded to tell us, nothing was fresh. We asked to speak to the cook so we could just give him some friendly feedback/constructive criticism. The owner ended up at our table and had the most defensive attitude ever. Told us he had been cooking longer than we’d been alive. We told him to just calm down. He caused a HUGESCENE and said we should go to another restaurant and we weren’t welcome there anymore! And he was so worked up. I got so fed up and I said we were leaving. He said he was calling the cops. He started taking pictures of us and chased us out of the restaurant. I ended up going back inside to pay for my soup because he wouldn’t stop screaming! I didn’t even eat half of my stuff and he was kicking us out! It was EMBARASSING. The restaurant was full of other families. It was SOUNPROFESSIONAL. I was livid from the way we were treated. I emailed corporate and they just said thanks. They would look into it. I’ve eaten at other Phở Que Huong locations, and their meat doesn’t taste a month old… and their owners aren’t insane or arrogant.

I’m a huge fan of Pei Wei’s Pad Thai, so I wanted to give Phở Que’s a shot, as I’ve never really had«authentic» Vietnamese before. I thought it was really good!(Really different than Pei Wei’s-not as spicy, which I was kinda bummed about). All in all, very good quality and I look forward to trying more from the menu. I’d like to become a little more versed in Vietnamese and other Asian cuisines, so I’ll update this if I try some other authentic options in the future, but so far I’d say this is good!

They have the best assortments of phở available. My favorite is the shrimp and chicken phở or the curry chicken phở, which has a curry flavored broth. Also, you can get egg noodles instead of rice noodles, all you have to do is ask. The service is always fast and the staff is very friendly. This place does get packed during the lunch hours, but the service is quick, so you won’t have to wait long. If you are not in the mood for phở, they have some vermicelli or rice dishes that are also really good. I think I have tried their pad thai, which was good, but I am based to my pad thais.

This place has the BEST spicy beef phở I have ever had. I love hot food, and rarely do I come across a dish that makes even me sweat! I order it every time. Great, small-business service, and usually not too packed at lunch for Addison, unless you come at noon on a cold, rainy day. Recommend the spicy beef phở, but don’t eat it when you’re wearing white because it will splash, and the broth is bright red!

Everytime I eat here, I swear it will be my last. This time I really wanted some noodles and it was the closest option. I ate a beef dish, and the beef was so old it tasted buttery, with a touch of rancid. Eeew.

The first Vietnamese restaurant I ever went to was Phở Que Huong in Richardson and nothing can top that location. The Addison location is nice, clean and well decorated but that’s all I can say about it. The food was lackluster and had no flavor. I had the Beef Flat Noodle and it just didn’t hit he spot. It looked great but had virtually no taste, it was like like a light version in traditional Vietnamese. My dining partner had her regular chicken phở and she said it was okay but the portion was very small. I won’t be going back to this location. There is much better phở available in the area.

Phở is one of my comfort foods. After a long, hard day at work or just after a stressful life situation, I seem to always find myself back at Phở Que Huong, a cheap Dallas chain-like restaurant specializing in Vietnamese cuisine. Is their phở or bahn mi particularly earth shattering? Nah, not at all. But I like it because it’s consistent and I know exactly what to expect. And that is, it’s always good, solid food. I’ve tried just about everything and honestly for the price, you can’t beat it. I have to get either the meatballs or crispy spring rolls for an appetizer every time and I like I said earlier, it always tastes the same.

This is a chain of Vietnamese restaurants around the metroplex that I have been coming to for years. It is decent food, at a very reasonable price. This location however, consistently smells like the bathroom toilet is overflowing, and today I had a short black hair in my food(pictured). There are lots of choices for Vietnamese restaurants in the area, and this is one I would definitely skip.
