Went to sit at bar for a cocktail the bartender served another person who came after me. Very rude in my opinion. My husband came down 10 minutes later and he had to ask to be served several times, while the bar was completely empty and they were catering to the couple next to us. Bad service I will not be returning when I am back in town visiting family.

Went in to sit and eat but upon entering got rudely questioned by the manager on duty whether we planned to sit and eat bc we couldn’t just sit in there to study. Which is understandable since there was a Becker review course at the time. However we were starving, came down from our rooms to eat, were met with this guys unapologetically rude attitude even after we explained we were here to eat. He did not seem to understand that trying to deter customers as soon as they enter based on pure assumption is not how business is handled. Even if we had gone to study while we ate the entire restaurant had one occupied table so I’m not sure why he was so uptight in the first place. I’m staying here for 2 months and planned on eating here a lot but being treated so poorly for no reason doesn’t exactly make me want to use their services.

I came here for breakfast as my hotel rate included it. This is your usual hotel buffet breakfast with a decent selection of breakfast food. What I did not understand was that they don’t have a pre-cooked«scrambled egg» for self service — and you have to wait in line for the chef to cook it(or customized omelet). My issue is the line got long and I was in a hurry to go to work… and really couldn’t wait for 10 – 15 mins for 2 scrambled eggs. The lesson learned here is“wake up early” and be the first in-line.

My wife and I had a certificate for this restaurant, which we had gotten for cheap, and were interested in trying it out. Not really sure what to expect, we pulled up to the hotel and came inside and were directed to the bar area. It was a Saturday night, probably a slow night for a business hotel, so we had table service there. It was quiet — only a scattering of guests, mostly alone, but this was a nice restaurant for a leisurely dinner out! I say leisurely because the service was a bit slow, but my wife and I both had pretty nice entrees that were probably prepared from scratch right then. We just relaxed and enjoyed some snack mix they put out for us. I had the pork tenderloin, which was blackened with seasonings and grilled. It had a spicy chimichurri all over it which had a wonderful flavor to it. It was a new way for me to be eating pork loin, but I was highly impressed by the taste. They were very friendly to switch out sides for me, so I ordered the seasonal veggies and sauteed mushrooms with it. I think she got confused because I changed my order when I found out you could substitute, as did my wife, and I ended up with mashed potatoes and asparagus, plus the mushrooms in a side dish! No matter to me, because they were all delicious — perfectly prepared asparagus and a great, creamy potatoes. Served well-designed on a plate in well-sized portions for $ 17. My wife had chicken stuffed with lobster, which had a creamy sauce on it and was very good. She got the seasonal veggies and asparagus, which she really enjoyed as well. They brought a variety of dinner rolls and butter out as well. The total before tax and tip was $ 39, and the tax put us up over the threshold for our gift certificate. We didn’t order drinks(had been at a brewery tour earlier that day, which was enough for both of us!) but it looked like they had a nice selection. Loved everything, including the fine dining meets casual experience. It’s a pricey dinner, and most people would probably want the elegant atmosphere to go with such nice food, but I think there’s a good niche for wanting a great meal but not wanting to get dressed up and pay extra for the ambiance. Would come here again, especially with another certificate!
