I belong to several hotel frequent guest programs and I have found Hilton Honors customer care to be the best thus far. On the occasions when I have called upon them to work out a problem or to secure a points stay at a high demand property they have come through in stellar fashion 90% of the time. This has resulted in fabulous stays on Times Square, at the Waldorf Astoria, in one of the 5 suites overlooking the Statue of Liberty at a property in the Financial District, ridiculously large suites at the Las Vegas Hilton… I could go on. Overall the Hilton points program is comparable to some of the other chains that have higher end properties but thus far their ability to move things along when rooms are tight has been admirable.
