Wished I could give zero star. Charge $ 10 just to hem my new jean but made it asymetric, she ruined my jean. Now I cant wear it or return coz she cut all the tags off even though I didnt ask for it at all. Minus the owner is always like unwelcome and doesnt need customers. Worst experience ever.

Best Tailor I’ve been to with very reasonable pricing!
I took in 2 bridesmaid’s dresses, 1 casual dress, and 3 pairs of pants to be altered. She did a wonderful job with fitting me first, letting me know what she can do, what would look best, and what was reasonable for the proper fit.
One bridesmaid dress required taking up the straps, shortening the hemline which was a hi-​low chiffon gown with multiple kerchief-​style layers over a shorter lining and long chiffon in the back. It came out perfect and I couldn’t see any seams nor tell where she had altered and cut the chiffon.
The second bridesmaid dress was a similar chiffon dress, and just needed the hemline taken up with a satin like lined layer beneath a flowy chiffon overlay. This one turned out great with the perfect length as we had discussed.
Third casual dress was a cotton material she took up from the waistline and again, perfection!
She’s very good, I would trust her with any of my garments and know she will be direct and tell you what she can and cannot do. Everything I took in (even with the extensive work done on the dresses) came out to be $ 130– Pretty darn good for 2 formal dresses, 1 casual dress and 3 pairs of pants.

Three words — PERFECTION, QUALITY and REASONABLY PRICED!
She even have gotten a suit pant altered within a 2 hour window on a Saturday afternoon ! What more to ask!
Overall,
–She gives you time in order to CLEARLY understand what you want
–Helps you understand whether the money you are about to spend on FIXING something is worth or not.
–very polite and sweet to speak with!

My dresses altered were less than $ 15, even with major difficult alterations.
Hems are like $ 5

This is possibly the best tailor I’ve ever been to. And how convenient that it’s so close to where i live.
Most of the clothes I take here have buttons that came off, belt loops that need reattaching. Simple stuff. But once in a while I have that tough job that needs some extra love, and that’s where this place shines.
The store seems to be one woman there six days a week. There may be others, but I never see them. She’s a straight-​talk, no nonsense asian lady… well except for that time I brought her my boyfriend’s leather pants to fix the zipper and she said «ooh leather pants. Very sexy.»
By the way she replaced the cheap plastic zipper with a good metal one.
I brought her my hawaiian shirt with a tear in the shoulder, and she fixed it up. I couldn’t even see where she put the stitches.
I took her some of my favorite pants to get the crotch patched up (that’s apparently a common problem for me) … well there were stitches there, but unless I’m in a really compromised position you’re not going to see them.
The only thing I can complain about the place is it’s sometimes really stuffy in there, though she does keep the door open on nice days.
