Everyone there is very nice and helpful. the company overall is a rip off, but that’s not the tax preparers
preperation is a scam, use to have free booklets in the mail and at library, but no more even online someone gets a cut of it. i still feel I pay too much, over 300 $, my son basic is 90 $, can’t believe it’s legal but oh well .this place isn’t very busy and has alot of options for your return, but be prepared to pay!
