Exquisite Nails & Spa

I went in to remove gel polish. They said it would be $ 12. I was going to pay before they apply polish. The technician said it $ 8 so I was confused. The manager came out from massage room and said it was $ 12 plus $ 8 for nail polish. I said no, paid for my services and grab a price pamphlet. In the pamphlet it says «removing gel nails without service is $ 10». This is misleading! I called to ask and she said it was old pamphlet so I suggested removing from her salon. Shady! I’ll stick to my regular nail salon at Nails Now in Village Parkway.

So I tried to give this place a go even after seeing the reviews. The sad thing is my review is negative because of one person, the other technicians could be good but I’ll never know. The person who did my nails was horrid. He cut my cuticles four times with the electric file. All he said was «oops» and made a face. I could probably even get past that but his work was just sloppy. I has my fake nails removed and he sprayed the debris all over me, even in my hair. He put on two nails horribly crooked and only redid them because I pointed it out. I did stiletto nails and let’s just say I got tired of telling him to make them even that I just gave up. He filed the top of the nail badly, some of them look like rocky roads and others hooks, and put on the nail too close to the bottom. I have three nails lifting, and two cracked a week after. Possibly the worst nails I have ever had done.

Love this cute little shop! Cute interior design and outdoor patio! I would love to bring my pup here next time so he can enjoy the cute little scenery outside! I decided to try this place out after so many friends talked highly of it. Came in to get a mani and pedi after years of doing it myself simply for convenience. I chose to do a matted flat black on my nails and white French tip for my pedi. Both look extravagant! Very lovely and pretty! I’m so in love with this matte flat black color! Will be coming again! I was even offered a refreshing and tasty cocktail for service! Great customer service and quick! They make sure they don’t double book and get you in and out quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks guys! You all did great, couldn’t be happier!

I won’t go anywhere else! Mimi and her staff are very personable and always make sure that their customers are satisfied. It’s like visiting friends every time I go in! I would recommend them to everyone!

This nail salon was convently located near my work. I went here over a week ago during my lunch break. I perfer nature nails and usally go with a simple paint. I ended up getting this dipping powder Nexgen on my nails and my nails still look great. They offered me wine and my nails turned out perfect. I highly recommend this place.

everyone is So nice! I dont get my nails done often cause of bad nail service, but at addison nails listened really well and made my nails so pretty. Makes me happy!

Experienced worst and painful waxing till date. the lady was completely unprofessional as it was so painful and even basics were missing. every time I had to show her the missing waxing
proper cleaning after waxing.
Totally disappointed. will never go again.

This location is extremely convenient, however it just did not live up to my expectations. Hannah, my nail service provider did an acrylic fill with gel paint. She tore up my cuticles — they hurt for days. I paid extra to have an arm massage and she did a good job on that. However, I had requested 30 minutes of a massage and she only gave me 20.
I also had the «top-​of-​the-​line» pedicure. It was the worst pedicure of my entire life. I have never experienced pain, while having a pedicure. The massage was nonexistent. I was extremely unimpressed. My total bill was $ 115. I did leave a tip – out of courtesy because it certainly was not deserved. I did not like the fact that the owner will only accept tips in cash. I generally never carry more than a few dollars and this is inconvenient for me.
The owner seems nice but a little chatty. I will not return to this location. I would rather get in my car and drive so that I can actually experience relaxation as expected from a trip to the nail salon.

I have been getting my nails done here for about a year and have had nothing but good results. The techs always do a good job and are very friendly. I tend to drop by at the last minute with no appointment and they always do their best to fit me in. They are also very good at keeping up with the latest trends.

LOVE this salon! They have added nail art, lash extensions-​and more. always my favorite place to go to get my nails done. Mimi introduced me to the NextGen powder, wayyyyy better than gel. Definitely recommend this place :)

This place is clean and the people are really nice. I have no complaints about that.
The problem is, making nails look pretty is their business, and they failed to deliver for me on that. I took a picture, which I posted, the day I got my nails done.
They are within walking distance to my apt but I will not be back. I really wanted it to work out!

From breakfast, so I walked over and got a pedicure. Great service, including great attention to detail — I’ve never had such attention paid to certain aspects of my nail Growth patterns. Quick turnaround too– I was able to grab a salad for across the street and was back to class on time. Great experience!

No way willl I go back for my nails. I had my nails painted and a pedi… I paid $ 60 to get my all of that, and my eyebrows waxed and the lady didn’t even rub my legs. My fingernail polish looks like crap, I can do a better job and she’s a professional at this.
They were VERY sweet and kind people and brought us coffee because it was cold. The atmosphere is nice but the quality of the service just wasn’t that great. My foot spa water was even luke warm and she didn’t change it out like any other place would have done. However, my eyebrows look pretty darn good :-)

I love this place!!! I have been a customer for over 3 years and have never been disappointed. Great quality work at an affordable price. :)

I love the girls working here. Van has done my nails for the past 11 years. She does the most natural shaped nails. I get compliments all the time. She recently started using a new product called NexGenNails. Its so fast to apply and looks really thin. Lisa does my pedicure, and I get the «happy feet» which includes a clay mask and paraffin treatment. They have recently redecorated and it looks really nice. I won’t go anywhere else!

THIS DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS — — This place is Horrible… I was in need of an eyelash fill (impromptu dinner date) and my regular lady was closed already, so… I call Addison Nails and set an appointment with Van! Even though I had an appt. I waited for 30 mins for her to get started. It took her an hour and half to complete a fill!!! I had to have her fix them twice before I left. As soon as I left… and my lashes had a chance to dry, there was glue all over my lashes, they were stuck together all different lengths and just freaking awful! If you need lashes — Do NOT go here! Van is horrible– she tries to tell you that the other lash technicians do the application all wrong – lady please don’t waste your breathe!!! RUN RUN RUN AWAY FAST!!!

I was really hoping this place would be great since I can walk there from my apartment. Didn’t happen. Not sure why I made an appt. b/​c I sat there for 25 mins waiting for them to get started on my mani. He cut my cuticles and made them bleed. Disappointed overall.

Formerly ex nails, now Addison nails. Always loved this place but now they have a fresh look, new fancy massage chairs and some new pampering services. I’m really enjoying myself.
