I had purchased a Groupon for a furnace tune up earlier in the fall. A few weeks after the purchase I called and spoke to Ron. He was absolutely great in arranging an appointment. A few days before our scheduled time, he called and asked if we could push back my appointment by a day. In doing so, he was very accommodating to my schedule. The day of the service came and he came with, who I imagine to be his son, and they examined my furnace. They were both professional, nice and very polite. They certainly did not try to upgrade the Groupon or tell me that I needed additional repairs. When they left, they gave me a checklist of everything they looked at and cleaned/repaired. Along with the checklist, they informed me that they perform other handyman services. I think that they warrant a high rating because of their professionalism, job well done and most importantly, because they did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of the furnace. Would I call them again? Yes, in a heartbeat!
