I worked with these guys in the past for some plumbing matters and was really impressed. When it came time for me to need a new HVAC system I called them up and left a message. I hadn’t heard anything back after a week so I called them again. I was finally able to talk to someone, and she said they would call me back. After a few days I gave up waiting and went with someone else. They finally did call me back 3 weeks later.
I’m glad they have so much business they can just ignore their customers.
