Vibrant Health Center

I was initially scared of Chiropractors but after I saw Dr. Mikals for care she totally changed my perception. But that may be specific to her office. Vibrant Health Center is more like a Spa as opposed to the sterile setting you typically find in a Chiropractor or MD office. I always feel more relaxed after visiting Vibrant Health Center, because I usually get a massage or acupuncture following my adjustment. And now that they offer body contouring with the FDA approved Zerona Laser which reduces the size of fat cells, I have something else to look forward to!

Why would someone who live in Decatur drive out to Acworth to see a chiropractor? Because the chiropractor is highly recommended and very good! I’ve been seeing Linda Mullin a few times now during my pregnancy (
). And she is the BOMB. She’s so funny & personable, and really tries to teach you things to help alleviate pain and discomfort.
I’ve been experiencing lower back pain from my growing belly, and Linda taught me some stretches that have helped with the issue. (No quick fixes… but I’d think it would gimmicky if you can get rid of back pain quickly). I like Linda’s personality and style a lot. She took pictures of me in stretches so I would remember what I’m aiming for. She also made a video of her stretching me for my husband so we could do it at home. Technology and a great teacher makes for a wonderful combination!
The cost is somewhat lower than what I’ve seen at other chiropractors that work with pregnant women: $ 95 for first patient visit, $ 35 for each additional visit (if you self-​pay. Insurance is a whole other beast. If I used my insurance, it would’ve ended up being more expensive with not having met my deductibles yet).
