Taco Bell

The dining area is constantly dirty, and the customer service is almost always poor. I’m not usually the type to write a bad review if it’s a one time thing but it seems like it’s bad every time I go in.

A few problems with this location. They locked the lobby doors at 10:45 when they don’t close lobby until 11.
Also, too much focus on DT. I waited 16 minutes for a two item order, watching Quesorittos which could have been mine, repeatedly get handed through the DT window, which seemed to be moving quickly.
The Chalupa shells are also always cold. They are fried items and should be hot when I get them. Not cold and chewy. Don’t pre-​fry so many and serve cold ones!

QUICK AND EASY
This restaurant is located on Cobb Parkway in the Target Shopping Center. As I am visiting a bookstore in the area, I notice this Taco Bell. I notice that it is dissimilar to other Taco Bells that I have visited. It has a more subtle design. As I walk in, I notice that the décor is very different. The restaurant is painted in rich southwestern colors and the furniture is simple and modern. It is very tasteful and very soothing.
I approach the counter and notice that fish is on the menu. Yes, seafood and other related items. As I look closer, I notice that this restaurant has partnered with Long John Silvers but in a very subtle way. I order a chicken quesadilla and later a bean burrito with no cheese or sauce, (just beans and onions). When my order is ready, my name, (not a number) is called and I pick up the order. Both items were delivered as ordered and were piping hot and fresh. They were so hot that I had to blow them cool in order to eat them. This is how I like to have my food delivered. Overall, I really enjoyed my quick meal at this restaurant as it was very clean and the staff was very warm and polite.
As I prepared to enter my car, I looked up and noticed the bright blue awnings on the side of the building, to indicate their joint association with Long John Silver’s. Nice!

This location used to be good. I know it’s fast food and you can really ask for to much but I came here a couple times and recently the meat has been really «watery» when I order the smothered burrito it’s swimming in water. Also, I got a churchy taco that turned into a soggy toco and I couldn’t eat it, I was so disgusted by this happening to me for the second time I had to post this to get my frustration out.

Staff members are as nice as they can be. The drive thru is fast as well! The food always taste great and I have never had a messed up order! I constantly visit this location and will continue to do so. :)
