We had a major Thunderstorm in our area and our security went out. I placed a late call to Rottweiler Security not expecting anyone to pickup. Duke Smith answered the phone and asked if I needed immediate help and when I said I did not, he arranged to meet me in the morning at 8am. PROMPTLY at 8am, Duke arrived and quickly determined that my battery was shot. He was very helpful and checked the system out along with replacing my battery.
I plan on doing security cameras and I will be calling Duke! He was Fast, Friendly, Professional and ON-​TIME! Who knew service calls could be this easy!
