To start, Mike and his assistant showed up quick enough to dig up and repair my broken water pipe just outside my foundation. The repair was done quickly enough but it needed to be repeated not once but three times. After the first repair, the pipe broke almost immediately after the initial repair. Fortunately they had not left yet and they spotted the water bubbling up out of the ground again. They dug it up and fixed it again. This time they left the main off and said not to turn the water on for at least 4 hours so that the pipe cement would completely harden. So at 1AM I turned the main back on and waited an hour to make sure there wasn’t a problem. Unfortunately, next morning no water pressure and God knows how many thousands of gallons of water down my driveway and down the drain. I shut the main off again and they came later that day for the third repair. Third time was the charm and water main fixed, hopefully for good. Unfortunately, that’s not the end of the story. My homeowner’s policy will actually cover the repair and I might be able to get a partial credit for my $ 500 water bill. All I need is a receipt. I have been calling and leaving messages for the past 3 weeks in hopes of getting a receipt from Mike and MWC plumbing, something I was initially assured I would get. But my multiple phone calls have gone completely unanswered. No text message, no courtesy call, NOTHING! This is money out of my pocket… hundreds of dollars and I can’t even get a phone call back from this guy! For all these reasons I cannot recommend MWC plumbing at all. Find someone else, anyone else for that matter…
