I don’t even know where to start. The in store shopping experience was fine. I knew what I wanted so I didn’t need much help. The delivery portion was a nightmare. The mattress and box spring were supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday evening. The delivery person called me at 10pm saying he was on his way. I ended up calling him at 11:30pm asking where he was. He said he was still in route. I told him forget it since it was going on midnight. I called the store and they acted like they didn’t care. All they did was wave the delivery fee which was minimal. The next day the mattress finally arrived but with no box spring. So I called again and went through the same process. My poor company had to sleep on my couch the first night and a mattress on the floor the next. I would steer clear of Mattress Firm and I will never buy from this company again!

Excellent customer service. The staff was extrememly knowledgable on all the different beds. The thing I liked the most was the no pressure sales. That is a huge turn off for me. Even the manager was great. He threw in a few extra freebie with our tempur pedic. And the tempur pedic matress is amazing!
