Excellent experience. It was very easy to make an appointment, and not creepy at all (okay some of these businesses are sketchy). Met Mr. John Smith (that might or might not be his real name haha) at a Zaxbys and 30 minutes later my phone was looking brand new again! John was very nice and explained every step as he worked. Hoping I won’t have to anytime soon but I would definitely use this company again!

Waited 2 days, Never heard from the itech so contacted support, they had me contact the itech directly instead of them contacting me. talked to the itech gave me a price but never called back to confirm he had part. contacted them again and worked out plan to fix my phone.
NOT very customer friendly!!!

My partner’s 2nd generation iPad had an epic battle with our concrete patio. Needless to say the iPad lost and I was to blame. I had to get the device fixed before a trip across the Atlantic — this is how it went down:
(1) I woke up around 8:00am (I’m on furlough, leave me alone) and went to the iCracked website; intuitive, easy to use; input my information and I received an automatic text.
(2) No more than 5 minutes later I had a text message from Lawton asking how he can be of service; I described my problem, asked for a quote and agreed to him helping me out — scheduled a 10am appointment
(3) Lawton showed up a couple minutes early and finished the repair in under an hour.
(4) iPad is fully operational and happy once again.
An amazing service — easy to use web interface, quick response time, and reasonable (and competitive) prices. What more can one ask for?
P. S. Not sure why it is linking to a Richmond, VA business address, but this is certainly NOT closed.

new. I had a couple of questions and Lawton got right back to me with the answers I needed. He was very professional and did a great job. Don’t buy a new iPad or phone — just call Lawton!

I had an incredible experience with Lawton of iCracked! He came to my work and was out in 30 minutes so the repair was literally effortless! I was able to continue working while he did the repair. He accepts credit cards, which is very convenient when you haven’t prepared for a quick repair. Lawton is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Most importantly, their parts come from the same manufacturer as the factory parts and they are guaranteed for 99 years! His pricing is better than the market average!
