Healthy Home Termite & Pest Control

I am very pleased with my service. They are professional, on time and efficient. Also they are very responsive to any questions I may have or any additional service I may need. They give a personal touch which is excellent customer service. I recommend them highly.

I have been using Healthy Home for a few years… I only have good things to say about them! They are not pushy on the services they offer. I got a fair and accurate assessment of the services I needed. They are a fair price, friendly, and they show up when they say they will! Last summer a few squirrels decided to make our attic their new home. I called them panicked not knowing what to do. They sent out someone THE SAME DAY to take care of the squirrels.
I have recommend them to all of our neighbors.

Although several years with this company were fine, it only took one incident to change all that.
I hired them to treat termites I had in my home several years ago. As other companies do, they charge a yearly fee to «renew» the contract after treating the home for termites. Mind you, for $ 150 they don’t come and spray or anything, they just check to make sure there is no active termite damage.
My issue is that after years of paying this $ 150 fee for them to just peek around the outside of my home, I needed a letter from them stating that my home was free of termites for the sale of my home. AFTER they came to my home and peeked around it for about 5 minutes, they informed me that ON TOP OF THE ANNUAL FEE I would have to pay $ 85. This is a standard form letter that takes all of about a minute to put in my name /​address.
Since it is a small business and I like supporting small businesses, I was able to speak to the owner, Patrick, directly and tried to reason with him as to why it was absurd to have to pay for this on top of an annual fee.
As a small business owner myself, I never gouge my customers, instead offer fair prices for my work and hoped he would be fair as well. No such luck. So disappointed with this policy. It’s too bad as I have friends and family members in the area that regularly seek my advice for companies such as these, but I can’t and won’t recommend them.

Patrick and his crew have been great over the last few years. Very personable, and responsive… they’ve done routine maintenance as well as as full rodent Protection as well (squirrels in the attic).
Overall great experience!
