Had a great experience with EverDry! I appreciate when a contractor truly knows the product and the service they are providing. They were thorough with the details of the work, and basically did what they said they were going to do. I can’t speak highly enough of EverDry and their passion for putting me, the customer, first!

Called this company to do a free estimate for a potential water issue in my crawlspace. Guy shows up and goes into straight sales mode without even knowing what problem I had and insisted that my wife be there too. He wouldn’t proceed unless she was there and I explained in this situation that she didn’t need to be there since I was getting several quotes and wouldn’t be making a decision until after all quotes came in. I don’t need to be sold a «system» unless I need it. I should have known when they told me it would take an hour and a half to give me a simple estimate. Plus they don’t even do the exterior excavation. What kind of basement waterproofing company is this? Don’t recommend this company based on this initial poor customer experience.
