Don’t bother. Can’t even get Brad to return my call for an estimate appt. I’ve called three times. They are out!

My house looks worse than it ever has in our 25 years here. Casey’s used inappropriate caulk to prepare the wood and it looks terrible! Many areas of the stain were poorly done, and my windows were never painted at all! Many phone calls have been made to the office, a couple of times I actually got to talk to someone other than a secretary, and nothing has been done to begin to fix this.

They gave us a quote for exterior work, then charged us extra at the end. Fixed it badly, I called them multiple times to change it, said they would and months later still it is not fixed. I would not use their services again and do not recommend them as they can’t stick to their word. We worked with Gordon and he was completely unprofessional and very rude, yelling at me for calling to ask them to fix their mistakes.

Do not use this Company. They will offer you a low bid and make promises but will not stand behind their warranty. Their office personnel are rude and Joey Casey does not return phone callls unless he needs something from you such as postponing a job or wanting a change order for additional money.
STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO OVERPAY FOR POOR QUALITY AND NO SERVICE.

Brad and his team were great! On time, reliable, quick to complete a job, communicative, and they even came back for touch ups. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality and affordable painter.

Please make sure you double check this company’s work before they leave because you will have a hard time getting them to come back to fix anything. We used Casey’s to reaffix a tub surround and paint a bathroom after a pinhole leak behind the surround. They also reinstalled the bath faucet handle. Well, they reinstalled the handle the wrong way and the water didn’t come out properly. We called Gordon, our original contact, on several occasions asking him to come out and look at it. He didn’t want to and blamed the plumber for putting the valve in wrong. Long story short, we took the faucet handle off and Casey’s had installed it wrong. The right thing to do would be to come out and check it, but they didn’t.
