Went there looking for a bow to get back into the sport. Each member of the team helped me out and spent time setting up various bows to fit me and to try out. Spent more than an hour there trying out the bows and chatting about proper technique. They will have all my sales, thanks especially to Brandon and Adam for all the help!

Had my first lesson here yesterday and can’t wait to go back! Helpful instructors, pretty easy to pick up, great prices. I’m definitely going to go for a few more hours here and there and may even get the unlimited monthly pass. I wish I lived closer as it’s about a 45 minute drive for me, but I’m totally willing to make that haul to get to learn more about archery!

Hi All, Had so much Fun!!! This is one of the most enjoyable recreational and educational activities to do in the metrowest Boston area. Went with our kids and Loved it, and our two girls are 16 and 19! Not always easy for teenagers and parents to have fun doing the same thing. and we did. Dave greeted us, and was so helpful with explaining what the different bows were used for, and why one would be better than another, depending on your interests. They have a wide selection of equipment for the competitive archers who compete in tournaments, as well as the outdoorsmen, needing the best equipment for hunting. Safety is essential and all are required to take a safety class before one can practice on the range. This is a simple 20 minute lesson. Or one can take a group lesson, which incorporates the safety lesson, followed by time on the range to shoot the arrows for $ 25.00. We thought that was a great deal! We decided to take a group lesson with Fran, who was the husband of the owner Eileen. He was charming and engaging and a great teacher! He taught us the basics in safety and shooting, followed by a private shooting session. He was able to assess wonderfully what we were doing right or wrong, and correct us easily. We walked away feeling as if we were on our way to becoming extraordinary marksman, even if only in our minds! It was so much fun! We can’t wait to go again soon! The unique thing that I really liked about this place was you had a Junior Olympics Archery program that has groomed some of the best archers in the country alongside with avid sportsmen that hone their archery skills for hunting and sportsmanship. I will enjoy taking my daughter here after school for an hour or so of archery., or a few hours on the weekend. It is nice to find a sport that does not rely on assembling a team to play, or a partner as in tennis. you just go. you can do it solo, and compete against yourself. Highly recommend that everyone give it a try.

My family of four had a great beginner lesson with Fran. It was of the best activities we have done together. I high recommend Tepee Archery. Everyone at tepee was very knowledgeable and friendly.

TePee is the only place I go to get my bow tuned and to buy new strings. Whether you are a hunter or tournament archer… or if you are a pro shooter or novice, Tepee has plenty of experience and the equipment/accessories to get you shooting your best. I’ve known Brian, the shop pro, for the past 5 yrs now. He is a customer service driven individual(not to mention a fantastic shooter himself). Brian builds the best bowstrings I’ve ever tried. This year, I plan on buying a new compound bow for hunting and 3D archery. I have no question that I’m headed to TePee for my bow b/c they have the best in industry equipment, and the knowledge and customer service that I want at a pro shop. When I go there, I feel comfortable and like one of the family!!! Go to Tepee and check it out… even if you just want to browse around. I bet you will be a Tepee customer too! And tell them that Paul sent you(they will get a kick out of that)!

Whee, first review! I had a friend come visit who said she really wanted to shoot something(she’s a public high school teacher, so I don’t blame her). After some brainstorming, I thought, Aha! Anyone can get their hands on a bow and arrow and shoot something. Except, after calling a few local ranges and clubs, it seemed there weren’t a lot of places to shoot without signing up for a yearlong membership. More than one club recommended Tepee Archery. My friend and I just popped in, got the mandatory 20-minute intro class, and started shooting on the range. Usually«mandatory» stands for boring, necessary to cover thy business’s ass, and just a pointless waste of time. Tepee Archery’s class was great. We spent a few minutes going over the necessities like«Don’t shoot the other people on the range.»(You think that’s unnecessary until some idiot does something patently idiotic.) And the rest of the class was spent on the fundamentals of shooting. The folks that run the place are friendly and helpful. And archery? So much more satisfying than other things you’d do with friends on a slow day.
