Just your average Starbucks, fast and easy! Can’t get enough of my macchiatos

Y’all know you can order your drinks ahead of time now, right? From your phone? & skip the whole wait-in-line-behind-that-lady-who-showered-in-perfumed-this-morning as she orders something ridiculous? You can just walk right over to the drink pick-up counter & it’ll be right there, waiting for you. It’s WILD. Take advantage. I start my mornings here at 530. Sometimes I’m here at 7; other times I’m here in the afternoon. Sometimes there’s a line, sometimes there is no line(or, if you read the beginning of this review, there is now never a line!). Always my drink is made correctly, & promptly. The baristas here have gotten pretty good at knowing my order, too, which isn’t necessary, but kinda nice. (Although there have been mornings that the person who should be opening the store doesn’t show up on time. For some reason — maybe because this happens infrequently & everything else is awesome — this doesn’t even piss me off that much. I don’t even go over to Dunkins; I just wait until later for my fix.) Given the limited parking situation here(similar, but not as bad as the one in Concord), I don’t think this should be a place where people hang out for hours(unless they’ve parked across the street at the strip mall) — there are other coffee shops/cafes in the area that meet that need.

No, they have it all wrong at this location. It’s unorganized, slow and they still don’t make the drink taste like it should. There was one person making all the drinks, shaken teas, Frapps and running the machine. Meanwhile 4 other people were trying to look busy, awful. While I will admit I am a coffee snob from Seattle, growing up where the original Starbucks originated. This one puts the company to shame. They need to learn to make a proper latte and macchiato, it always comes out bitter, not smooth. And when asked to make the drink again they give you the worst attitude. Every time I go here it’s the same and I will not try anymore.

The four stars are for the staff. They’re friendly, they get my order right, and no matter how busy they are and how much I may want to throttle the people in front of me in line(There’s a special place in hell reserved for anyone who waits in line 2 – 5 minutes and still doesn’t know what they want when they get to the counter!) I’ve never seen them lose their patience. The one star I didn’t give is for the people running the show. And really, everyone complaining about slow service and only having one person making drinks during a rush, I hope you’re not seriously ignorant enough to think the staff has anything at all to do with those decisions. Those come from the people who sit in their cushy offices far away from the long, slow-moving lines. If you think it’s okay to blame the person making your drink for that, you can join the people who take forever to order in that special place in hell, just saying. That said, the people making the decisions need to let management schedule more people on certain shifts because to have only one person taking orders and one or two people making the drinks and getting the food is unfair to the customers, and it’s extremely unfair to the staff who have to suffer impatient, ignorant customers’ wrath.

Starbucks needs to spend more time focusing on lowering the price of their average coffee and less on pissing off the regular members of society.

I’ve waited in a line of 2 people for 20 minutes. I don’t understand how it can take this long to take an order. Two stars because the drink was good.

Great service and a really nice atmosphere. It’s usually pretty busy but they do a great job getting what you want and in the time you need it. Everyone that works there is always friendly and very courteous = just a bunch of great people — but the barista Tatjana is a standout in this place, she is the BEST!!!

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks. But this one stands out for its service. Not often am I offered a free 4th shot in my latte, instead they will normally dump it down the drain per store policy. The layout is great. Same for location. Parking lot is an easy in/easy out. This is what I expect out of a well-designed ‘bucks.

They make a great Grande Caramel Frappuccino with whipped cream. The staff here is fun. I find that very important with their pricing structure.

Definitely improving with very personable barristers who really know how to work the machines.

This is my absolute FAVORITE Starbucks that I have visited in Massachusetts(and I have been to many!) They are always incredibly friendly upon arrival, prompt and deliver your coffee/pastry with a smile. My boyfriend and I visit sometimes early in the morning and other times later in the afternoon. Both shifts are equally friendly and proficient. That says a lot about this location. Also of note, Taylor always goes above and beyond to please the customers and make them feel welcomed. He mentioned how wonderful his manager is and what a wonderful place it was to work. That truly shows. Great jobs guys!!!

Another disappointment. Maybe they substituted the«espresso» with the gasoline next door. First time I ever returned a coffee.

Overall, this is a great place. Parking can be a little confusing, but they’ve got plenty of «customer only» spaces since there’s no drive-thru. In the early morning when commuters run in the lot can be full and the line is usually 2 minutes, but you’ll probably get in and out within 5 – 6 minutes because the Baristas seem to work together really well. I’ve always had very friendly Baristas who are good listeners — they can customize your drink without messing up — which is rare at some Starbucks where one person takes your order and a different one makes your drink… so props to this location! I’m giving it 4 stars because I got a grande Pikes today and the coffee tasted like it had been sitting out for too long — it wasn’t gross, but it wasn’t nearly as fresh as Starbucks usually is — especially for a morning cup, which was pretty disappointing. I got through the line pretty quickly though because most people were ordering Espresso drinks — which are obviously always fresh, unfortunately, there were probably 5 people who had already ordered at the time and they were all still waiting even when I was done mixing splenda and milk to my coffee. Today I ran in and out, but this is one Starbucks in the area where you can actually sit down at a table and chat with someone, or sit and read or work by yourself. Yes, the tables and chairs do fill up, but they’ve probably got 6 or so tables for 2 and then probably 5 big comfy chairs — which is a lot more than most Starbucks stores. They’ve got a decently large selection of pastries and other sandwiches/food if you want to eat there, and they sell a variety of coffee and cups which are great for gifts.
