I too have moved an hour away, yet I still come back to Salon Tuan.
The reason: Tuan is a master of color. Better than anyone on Newbury St.

Tuan was a friendly and pleasant person. However the haircut was very average and over priced for the quality. After a wash and air dry at home, my hair looked uneven and choppy at places. Don’t understand what the raving is all about.

I moved an hour away from Acton but travel back there just for him. No matter how crappy you think your hair is, he can work with it to create positive illusions through his use of color and skillful cutting style.
Newbury St quality at Acton prices. Better call early, he is usually booked up.

I love Salon Tuan. My hairdresser is Soo, she is great. Not only a really great stylist but a really nice person too. I get a cut and a color and it comes out perfect every time, I never have to worry. The salon is clean, modern, and the people are all super nice and professional. I can’t say enough great things about this salon!

I went to get my eye brows waxed here because it’s on my way home from work and next to where I get my nails done. I asked if they could fit me in after my nail appointment, I was told yes so afterwards, I went back. This girl can’t wax eyebrows for anything!!! I ended up leaving with a BIG chunk missing from my left eyebrow! No one would do anything to make it up to me, they still even expected me to pay! Needless to say, I walked out without paying. It was a clear chunk missing from the middle of my eyebrow! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

Having opened in the first half of ’09, the salon’s owner and head stylist, Tuan, has created an exceptional salon at Salon Tuan. I have been a client of Tuan’s since the time before he started Salon Tuan and was cutting hair elsewhere. He himself is an excellent hair dresser and has spent years in the industry. That expertise is reflected in Salon Tuan. The atmosphere is what you would hope for– from those at the front desk to the stylists and the clients, Salon Tuan is a casual and friendly place.
Overall, I’m very happy with what Tuan has done and it shows every time walk out of there with a dapper haircut.
