Definitely our go-to spot. Great selection and always happy to give a recommendation. So far spot on — three for three with the recommended beers! Has the feel of a nice local place where they are always happy to see you. The small convenience store portion in front has definitely saved us a few times too!

Awesome staff, awesome selection. What else do you need to know? Frequent tastings, expanding liquor selection, will accommodate requests. The best place around.

Go to this place for your beer and wine needs — for both the selection and service! The owners, Phil and Jill, are wonderful, as are their sons who work there… they provide great service and a friendly atmosphere. The selecion is quite good for a small town beer and wine store and if they don’t have something you want, talk to Phil about ordering it. He’ll bend over backwards for his customers if there’s anything he can do. They also have regular events with tastings which is a nice touch! We’re new to the area and love this place as our local go-to.

This opened recently in West Acton — the owners of the West Acton Market moved a couple doors down to expand and revamp. Tons of wine and beer and an odd assortment of «convenience» items like candy, milk, chips, ice cream, etc. The owners and employees seem very interested in meeting the customers and hearing what beers and wines they’d like to see and they have frequent tastings in the store(even got to try a delicious red wine at checkout!). My husband has a kegerator and upon hearing that the owner offered to get him any kegs he wanted. Would be awesome if they could get more fruit, veggies, cheese, bread, olives, sandwich type of items etc. in there to really capitalize on the«market» side. Hope to see more places like this open up in West Acton!

Formerly the West Acton Market, the new owners moved next door and totally renovated the space to setup a very nice little wine and beer shop. Very helpful and friendly staff with a nice selection of moderately priced wines. They have a pretty diverse selection of beers — some good craft brews and locals. Would like to see some more variety on the craft-front but I think the space limitations are a big problem for them. The mix they have is pretty good though, especially for a small shop. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic about their business. Often they are sampling beer and or wine — at Valentine’s Day they had a whole lineup of beverages, including a Chocolate Stout with some ice cream. They have a small area of «convenience store» stuff, like condiments, snacks and first aid stuff. Plenty of chips and other items like ice cream and some frozen meals. I’d love to see some more ‘market’ food — like some baguettes, etc — perhaps in time. There’s also coffee — and a soft serve machine that I was told would be in action come Summer. Awesome! The staff again is very helpful — and knowledgeable about their stock, so if you are unsure about what to get, you can certainly come out with a great recommendation. Now we just need a little more food to go with that wine!
