We ordered a carry out from this location and they gave us a wrong pizza. i called them immediately and their response was — «bring it back to us and we will exchange it». with a tone that suggested it was my fault they gave me the wrong pizza. The name on the box and the order was correct but it had the wrong pizza inside. I asked them to deliver me the right pizza for which they wanted a delivery charge. I asked for a refund and email me a copy of the receipt which they agreed to except that I am still to see the email. This is the worst customer service I have come across at Dominos and if there was a rating of less than one star I would give them that.

Today was my last order from this location. I don’t order dominos for mind blowing food, I order dominos for quick delivery. For the past few months the delivery wait time have gotten longer. I don’t understand what the delivery charge is for if you drivers still expect a tip. Fifty minutes after my delivery was marked as «on its way» via the dominos app, an unmarked car parks across the street from my house. After 15 minutes the driver decides to come out and make the delivery. I get no answers from the driver so i called the store. After another wait I get a manager on the phone who just rambles his first and last name into one syllable. He turned out to be useless and seemed to have been bothered I made him interact with another human being. Like I ruined his day, he didn’t offer nothing to mend the situation or to please his customer. I’d go with .1 of a star but the lowest I can give is a full star.

Dominos has a reasonable selection of menu items — they do make a nice product that scores high for consistency and is fairly priced. The online ordering experience is efficient and easy enough. The real plus is that they are everywhere! What used to pass for a «Normal» amount of cheese changed into«Extra» cheese somewhere over this last year and I can’t be the only one to notice that. I understand they want to keep the price down but something about that seems sneaky… or just cheap. They also now have a $ 2 delivery surcharge which I suspect never gets to the driver allowing me to add the word«sleezy» to this review.

Unless you are in an apathetic«I don’t give a shit mood» don’t order from here. We have had some problems in the past, however they are the only place near us that delivers. However on this night our food was 35 mints after the latest time(whitch was already an hour), when we called to inquire about the whereabouts of our pizza we were told they were understaffed. When our food finally arrived it was stone cold, and they had sent us the wrong pizza.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered 1 pizza at 5:40 then called at 6:30 because it never came they told me its on the way. Called again at 7:15 and still no pizza. They had the nerve to say it was on the way again. In the meantime we ordered another pizza from Sorrentos at 6:50 picked it up and ate it all before my 7:15 call. Really? Really poor service. Never again. This was the third time they delivered late but nothing this bad

So I went in told them my name and they said it would be few minutes. I left I came back and I ended up standing at the counter for about 5 minutes. I told them my name my name and she walked away. They didn’t tell me that it would be another few minutes. I love, love their pizza but the service is not the best. Also the waiting area is small and their are only two benches.

Exactly what I expect, pizza that is good(not amazing) but priced well and delivered quickly. I enjoy the pizza tracker app so I know when they are on the road. perfect during snow storms, especially living in Concord where NOONE delivers. If I were to drive for food there are a lot of places I would pick over Domino’s but for delivery, it works the way it should.

Domino’s is Domino’s. The pizza, however, is much better than it used to be back in the 80s/90s. If you haven’t been in 20 years, I’d give it a whirl. The rating for this location, though, is mainly for the service. Never had a bad experience here, and in fact have had multiple occasions where, before ringing up the order, the employee behind the counter will examine my order to see if there’s a way he can save me money. THAT’S good customer service, and not something you see every day. Thumbs up.

Domino’s in Acton, MA disappoints the family tonight. 4 medium pizzas ordered at 5:35PM and I was told it would be 40 minutes. 6:40PM I call to see if the pizzas would be arriving soon and was told they were out for delivery. 7:10PM call again and was told there were 2 large pizzas at store for me waiting to be picked up. I didn’t order 2 large pizzas and I clearly asked for delivery. Major screw up. 4 girls very upset… ate sandwiches and leftovers instead. Thanks Domino’s.
