The most Unprofessional behavior I have ever witnessed. Dr. Todd has cancelled on me 3 times in 3 weeks as of this morning, all with little to NO explaination or apology. The first time was a «family emergency» on a Saturday morning. Next time he walked out of the office while I was standing 3 feet away filing out my pre-visit paperwork; and when I asked Kathleen, the receptionist to call him, her response was«No, he won’t come back, I know he won’t. I’m not calling him.», she just flat out refused even though he had been gone for less than 5 minutes to even let him know that he had just walked out on a 2nd rescheduled(due to a comflict on his part) appointment. I’m not sure if I should take this as a sign of the doctor’s attitude or the receptionist’s. Then when I asked to reschedule the appointment(for the 3rd time), she rolled her eyes and huffed through the process like she was granting Me some boon by rescheduling an appointment that the doctor deliberately walked out on 5 minutes ago. Frankly, at this point, I would have appreciated it if she just flat out said«Look, we don’t want or need your business, so just go away». But because I’m a long time patient and I was willing to conceed that we all have period of time where our personal lives are chaotic, I was willing to give him one more chance. Then this morning(4÷25÷15) I show up early, like Kathleen had specifically told me to, only to be told by the befuddled gentleman in the storefront that«Dr. Todd will not be coming in today» and when I asked«why I had not received a call informing me of the cancellation for the THIRDTIME» the response was«I don’t know how to turn on the computer to look up appointments» by the obviously inept man who was there. Are you kidding me? Call SOMEONE to tell you how to turn on the computer! What kind of Business are you running? I was a 9+ year customer, but I’m done with this business. Not once during the past 3 weeks has anyone from this office reached out to apologize or make any attempts to try to fit me in for an appointment when I called for last minute cancellations/appointments to get in. I’m done with this debacle of a business and looking into formal ways to complain about the lack of professionalism and customer service. I don’t know if there’s something going on with the doctor’s personal life, but I would hope that he would be professional enough to find someone to sub for him during this time to take care of business before that falls apart too. In this day of chain stores that do $ 99⁄2 pairs of glasses, your storefront that charges me $ 300+ for one pair of glasses cannot survive this kind of unprofessional behavior or staff.

THE best staff I’ve ever encountered in a doctors office. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. I wanted a pair of glasses they didn’t carry at the store and they went way above and beyond to get me the exact pair that I wanted. Always glad to answer any questions with all the information you will need. Very happy with this office and the staff, definitely recommend this office!!! Thumbs way up!
