ASAP Plumbing and Mechanical

We had our bathroom remodeled and what we thought was going to be a nightmare wasn’t so bad. ASAP Plumbing was reliable, the quality of work was excellent and they communicated the job process throughout. We would definitely recommend.

Gouge! Ouch!
Shop around… The owner «Chris» actually told me that he didn’t have to worry about repeat customers (satisfaction?) due to the volume of requests for service and the fact that so few plumbers can now qualify for a «master plumber license». I suppose his honesty is why ASAP gets 1 star.
Also, called ASAP for a burst pipe in the midst of a winter freeze. They were actually responsible for the pipe bursting as Chris himself «threw» a valve to «see what it did» after the house had been winterized by an irrigation company. That valve filled the backyard hose line, which ended up breaking during a freeze. I called ASAP and they were too busy to come out. This after I paid them $ 2,500 for a water heater and $ 675 for an instant hot water tap at kitchen sink (and these were the prices for a «law enforcement discount» as advertised on the company’s website). So, I had to call another local plumber. I told him the story and he couldn’t believe they wouldn’t come out for a return customer. But, that follows from Chris’s own words that it’s not his priority. The almighty dollar is apparently.
Conclusion: Follow The Captain and Tennille’s advice: «Better shop around»
