1 star is too much for how unprofessional, disrespectful, and ignorant this woman is. How she even runs this business is unbelievable. Ever since the first day I moved into this condo she has been nothing but impossible. I called to introduce myself so we could be acquainted had we ever ran into each other (which we did), and the day after I called her my landlord called me and informed me that Dianne called him yelling that I am not allowed to call her, she only deals with him. I thought that was extremely rude to me but also unprofessional to be yelling at someone who OWNS this condo. After that experience it took TWO AND A HALF WEEKS to receive our parking permits. She made us park in the visitors parking «until we got our parking permits», but after three days of parking there she «warned us» that we can no longer park there or our cars will get towed!!! As we are PAYING RENT when there is NO ASSIGNED PARKING she is telling us we can’t park at our house?! Are you kidding me? Also my boyfriend owns his own company and has a pickup truck with commercial license plates and while his car was being fixed, that was his use of transport for a couple of days, well she fined my landlord for each day it was there with no warning. If someone owns this property there should be NO RULE of what type of vehicle can be allowed on this property. Dianne seems to be nothing but a miserable woman who just wants everyone else to suffer along with her. She is such a mean spiteful woman that everyone is afraid to say anything to her, but she is not BULLYING my landlord, boyfriend, or myself anymore. Living in this complex is only temporary for us while our house is being built, and I cannot wait for the day we move out of this place. It is sad that such an evil woman ruins a great place to live. She is my ONLY complaint about Kingwood Condos.

If you like to be insulted and yelled at then go for it. The lady deffinitely doesn’t take her meds. Diane is always spiteful, bitter and angry. And her property maneganent is property un-​management. My advice is stay away at all costs!

I don’tt even want to give 1 star. Worst, meanest, most arrogant women (Diane) in that office. They think they can treat people like dirt and hang up on us in the middle of speaking. What kind of place hires these kinds of people that won’t even help and won’t even let you speak. I would NEVER move into any place they own. Awful human beings! They’ve been like this for years!
