Los Arcos

Our waiter was a huge jerk to us. He had no patience, didn’t check in on us, or care to wait on us.
He seemed very mad towards us and we were not unreasonable or high maintenance at all.
The prices are reasonable but probably because the food is terrible quality.
Also smells like a bowling alley in here. Weird.

This is a middle of the road Mexican restaurant. If your looking for the best Mexican food you’ve ever had your not going to find it here. The food at Los Arcos is decent, and very fairly priced. They also offer some harder to find things often not on the menu such as horchata. Overall I would probably not go out of my way to eat here again, but it is decent for the price.

The service was great. I was asked how things were going and if the food was ok by at least 3 different people. Service alone would get 4 stars only because I was never given a second napkin (until dessert) and the first became pretty worthless pretty fast. I ordered a lunch special of fajitas and a drink for 6.50. I asked for corn tortillas instead of flour. She said it came with corn. What it had was chips layered over the plate with cheese dip layered on it and the chicken/​onion/​bell peppers/​tomatoes over that. I like to wrap my fajita and dripped on my top quite a bit because I couldn’t. Oh we’ll, it was tasty and lunch sized, so I was ok. I also missed the «typical» accompaniments — no rice, beans, lettuce, etc. I order fried ice cream for dessert. It was off the regular menu and cheap (2.50), but small. Plenty for one, but don’t plan to share. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again, but good for a traveler in a hurry (right off I-​81).

The service was awful I mean so bad the food was so bad because it was dripping of we do not no The service was bad the food was late when we asked for cheese 3 times it still did not come I mean I think it should not be open.

Where do I begin. Service was terrible. The waiter mumbled and we could barely understand him. I had to get up and find him once. We asked if we could stay and eat instead of taking it to go, he rolled his eyes then walked off. When he returned he handed us our food at the table in to go boxes. When I asked for the check since I wasn’t going to sit at a table and eat out of a to go box he mumbled again and walked off. Few minutes later gave us the check and left without saying anything.
Now that I’m home the food is terrible. Poor quality way too pricey. I wish I could give no stars because they don’t even deserve one.

Wish I could say something nice but there’s little to like at all. From the chips and salsa, to the fajitas, it was all so bad. Even the ice tea had a ‘different’ taste. Our server had a nice smile.

Service was ok. Food was not really good. The salsa they give you with chips at the beginning of the meal was basically tomato sauce with a splash of tabasco. The guacamole was runny and greenish grey with no flavor. How does guac become runny?!? That means you have to thin it out with something and blend it! The enchiladas were ok. No matter how much I am craving Mexican food, I will not be going back.
