Under One Roof

Usually love the loft. Yesterday four of us went for lunch. We all wanted the chicken pot pie. Our waitress mumbled something about being out. We were disappointed but ordered other lunches. When the waitress came back with our orders I questioned her about the chicken pot pie. She then said the pie crust had not come in so they were unable to make the dish. When we went to the counter to pay out, lo and behold, people were getting chicken pot pie. When my co worker questioned our waitress about it she yelled at him, saying she told us it was in the oven. So weird. Today I called to order chicken pot pie to go and got the same song and dance. Not sure who the manager, or owner is but some customer service training is definitely in order!

Other then selling a large array of knick knacks for your home décor needs and clothing items for the mature women and young ones, they actually have a nicely diversified soup, salad and sandwich menu! I usually order their chicken salad sandwich with their strawberry spinach salad with poppy seed dressing… the meal seems so light, I don’t usually feel guilty about ordering one of their desserts, especially their lemon bar!
