Did not have a good interaction with the owner. Can’t even remember his name. The artists and the guy at the front desk were actually quite helpful but when the guy at the front desk explained my situation to the owner he didn’t even try to work with me or give me the time of day as he walked in angrily and went straight to the back. Not a very good customer service place. Only reason I could give it 2 stars was bc the guy at the desk tried very hard to make it work for me and the artists I spoke to were honest and personable.

He was VERY rude. Told me and my friend that what we wanted was not art so he wouldn’t do it. I’m sorry, art is subjective. Customer satisfaction should be the most important. I wanted a small script tattoo and he was going to require me to get it way larger than I wanted. He talked down to us and was condescending.

Loved my experience here. They are very knowledgeable & professional, and will work with you patiently until your tattoo design is just how you want it. The interior is very clean. I highly recommend Brad~ he knows what he’s doing & has a sense of humor, which totally put me at ease.
