The slowest time for them is in the evenings like around 5pm, they look short staffed and only have one taking orders at the counter.

Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about when they say «slow service.» I stopped by here on my way to Colorado for a quick breakfast, and it was just that: a quick breakfast. Friendly service and fast food. It was on par with other mcdonalds. Clean inside. Somewhat enough room for trucks.

Worst md’s ever. Don’t bother stopping!!!

This is my second complaint regarding this location in the last few months. The first complaint resulted in a gift card from the franchisee (which I never used) and a letter saying that they would take care of the problems and things would improve. There is a definite problem with the operation of this location. We went into the store at 6:00 PM, and there were 4 other customers in line and 4 or 5 cars in the drive thru. There were two registers open at the counter and the line was moving extremely slow. While we were standing there, 3 people came in from outside with their orders they had received from the drive thru. Each had a problem with their order, and they were having a hard time getting an employees attention to handle it. A man came in wanting to know where his two cheeseburger and two fries were, the employee told him they were still waiting on it. The man then stood in the lobby waiting on it. The very same employee then picked up two sacks of food from the counter area and walked outside with them. One of the orders was for the man that was still standing in the lobby. The manager on duty appeared uncaring and confused as to the goings on with orders. After almost 15 minutes of waiting, we left. The drive thru line wasn’t much smaller. We stopped at Arby’s in Junction City and got super service and a very good meal. I hope that corporate takes this seriously and the franchisee as well. I will never return to this location as long as this franchisee has it.
