Well, nobody wants to pay taxes, so you might as well get every deduction you got coming. Paul and Debbie are great and will do you right.

We had our taxes prepared the first time here in 2009 and they corrected tax returns from another business and found out we were due back an extra $ 1500 from previous years returns. Yay! We thought we loved this place.
In 2010 we had our taxes prepared again. Debbie’s brother (sorry, I can’t remember his name) prepared our taxes and seemed rushes preparing our taxes, a box was incorrectly checked saying my husband worked in a state he had not set foot in. We didn’t realize this until about 6 months later when we got a $ 1500 tax bill! It was a bit of a problem getting in contact with Abilene Bookkeeping to get this error fixed but Debbie fixed it for us at no charge. It took a few months and my husband had to endure calls multiple times a day from tax collectors that refused to listen to him saying that it was an error that our tax professional was correcting.
This year we returned and again were serviced by Debbie’s brother and I did not recognize him from the past year. After a few minutes I mentioned our situation and how the past year we had a problem with our return and that I was hoping this year we could go a little slower and explain things more clearly. He looked and he was the tax preparer from the year before. Doh!
We got our taxes finished up and I did not feel satisfied with the questions I had and how they were answered. We request another person to look over our taxes. They willingly did this but there was much awkwardness involved as the 2 preparers discussed our situation and the other preparer very politely corrected things that were not entered correctly.
I would go back but I would wait and make an appointment with Debbie. She always has a line waiting for her.
