The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because they usually have coupons for developing photos, which is a huge money saver for me. However, the customer service here is awful. Every single time I come in here to get photos, WITHOUT FAIL, it takes a good 5 or more minutes to get someone to the photo desk. I’ve even had to physically track someone down to get them to come over and ring up my photo purchase. I have been tempted to go behind the counter myself and get my own photos! Ugh
