This is Triple L Farms roadside stand where they sell all the goods grown on their nearby farm. It’s a tent type canopy on the corner of Hwy 5& Linden Rd in Aberdeen, NC just past the Food Lion shopping center. Today we stopped & scored some amazingly awesome strawberries that had just been picked from the field, they were unloading baskets of these sweet babies right out of the back of a pick-up truck while we were standing there, still had dew on’em from just being freshly picked from the berry patch. These are some very clean, nice looking berries, not dirty or dusty like some you find at farms or roadside stands and they taste amazing, nothing like a fresh picked sweet strawberry… Get by here early if you want berries, they start selling at 9:30am & close when they sell out for the day & do it all over again the next day until the season is over. Today they just had strawberries & tomatoes, but in a few weeks there will be a whole bunch of other items up for grabs once pockin’ time gets here.
