I gave this place a 1 star because of the hassle and aggravation. They cancelled my date of appointment because I did not called back. The voice mail they left says reminding me of the date and time of my appointment. If I had to make changes then I need to call them. Come this day I showed up for my 10 am appointment date and the receptionist tells me since I did not confirm their phone call then they took off my name on the list. The initial date if appt. to me is my date if appt. since basing it on my days off from work. To take me off the schedule is aggravating, since this is an annual check up! Offered me to reschedule for next year! Lol. What a joke! I need to go find another place of business in this case…

I was extremely DISAPPOINTED with my service! After getting a sales pitch about how great my insurance was and how much was covered and convincing me to get a «free» pair of sunglasses, I get a bill for a $ 40 co-​pay that «wasn’t calculated». Had I been given the correct information I would not have purchased extras. Same thing happened with my husband’s glasses (through the same insurance). You’d think they would have that co-​pay figured out… They voided the charge for my husband but wouldn’t budge for me. No worries, we will take our business elsewhere next year and I will be sure to inform all 130 of my co workers that there will be unexpected charges after the fact if they use this place.

Dr. Wells and his staff are fantastic! I goggle searched eye care and I am so lucky to have found this place. They took my appointment with no problem. The wait time in the office was less than five minutes. I was fitted for contacts and glasses.
The glasses selection is too cute! They have all of the nice brands: Kate Spade, RayBan, Coach, Michael Kors and so much more! They have a good selection of less expensive ones too if that is what you are looking for.
My contacts are great. From what i saw, you can really get any brand of contacts as well.
I highly recommend Dr. Wells for eye care.

I’ve been going here for 4 years and have always been thrilled with the service and products. Dr. Wells is great – always taking an interest in me as an individual. And the rest of the staff is wonderful, too, especially the folks that help you pick out and fit you for glasses.
Wait times are fairly comparable to other places I’ve been, usually around 10 – 15 minutes. It’s always been very easy to get an appointment that fits into my schedule and re-​scheduling, if needed, is quick and painless.
I recommend them without hesitation.
