Comcast Service Center

Absolutely terrible. Did not deliver on Tuesday to APG. Driver (Kevin) called us at 4:15 and said «The Gate guards won’t allow commercial vehicles after 4:00.» So we called Comcast. The lady I spoke to informed me that her driver had all the correct identification, vehicle documents, etc. So I went to the gate guard and spoke to the individual guard who dealt with Kevin, the Comcast driver. Kevin did not have proper identification and was in an unmarked van.
So, Comcast rescheduled for Saturday, 1:00 — 5:00. When I called customer service, outsourced to a call center in the Philippines, I was told that we had been rescheduled for 1:00 — 5:00 Sunday.
Of course, nobody told us about the change.
Obviously, pretty unhappy at this point and told the customer service rep I was unhappy. Her statement back to me was incredible: «Sir, you won’t be charged for the time you have been waiting.» At that point, I was done. Can’t wait for Comcast to show up. Wish I could give ¼ star.

God help us who have to be on Comcast. It is infuriating to even call them. They lie about everything. They need to be banned from doing business in Maryland or any place else.

Comcast Customer Service is terrible. You can no longer speak with a local person. You will undoubtedly get the run around from Comcast. You will spend hours upon hours of your time trying to get a simple request fulfilled. They will likely tell you that your service is fine even though it is not. –Good Luck Comcast, you’re going to need it.
