I was very disappointed in the service that I received from this company. I scheduled the cleaning because I was moving out and had new tenants moving in. I later learned that there was misunderstanding between myself and the sales associate I spoke to; because when the cleaning guy showed up to my condo he was only there to clean my carpet (which I don’t have). After many phone calls back and forth between myself and the sales associate, the cleaning guy came back with the correct equipment to clean my condo. The machine that he used to clean my floors left a white residue which I had to reclean. He was also supposed to clean my kitchen, but I ended up doing it myself while he was outside smoking a cigarette. He attempted to clean my bathrooms, but did a very poor job. All of this work cost me $ 305. I ended up calling the sales associate back and complained about the poor job that was done. He really didn’t seem interested in hearing about my issue and only wanted to focus on the misunderstanding about what kind of work I needed done. At one point he told me that I should be grateful that they did the cleaning at such a low cost. I then asked him if I could speak to a manager and he told me he was the manager and continued on. During the end of our conversation he mentioned his supervisor… no wonder we were having a communication problem; this guy doesn’t understand that when I asked to speak to the manager, I am referring to his boss! He called me back a few minutes later and told me that they would be crediting my bill 10% (it has been over three weeks now and I still have not received this credit). Don’t waste your time and money!
