This café has quick, attentive, and witty wait staff. The food was well prepared and tasted even better than my expectations dictated.

Really disappointed. Sounds like this place is either hit or miss. And with us it was a miss. We sat down to breakfast at around 1015, and didn’t receive our food until almost 1130. If it were very busy I might have understood. Additionally, once we received our food, the majority of it was barely warm. To add insult to injury a couple that came in after us sat down and ordered after us, got their food before us. The waitress felt bad for them and said on their way out, because it took so long for them to get their food, that they didn’t have to pay for it. When we finished our mediocre food and got up to leave, we ended up having to pay for our meal. I for one will not be going back anytime soon.

Exceptional food with equally exceptional service. Waitress was hospitable, anticipated our needs(coffee refills, etc.) and was friendly. I ordered the eggs benidict, and my husband had the biscuits and gravy. Both were generous portions, and delicious. Overall, an excellent experience — I will be going back very soon.

Enjoyed the crab Benedict and omelette. However, the egg sandwich is a disappointment because the American cheese is not melted. Stay away from the corned beef hash too. The waitress staff is very friendly but doesn’t make up for the very slow kitchen. A bit pricey for the location.

My husband and I walked in the restuarant at 10:15 for breakfast. An hour and half later we finally got our breakfast. Too long!!!

The service was fantastic my coffee never ran dry. I had a cheese omelette with red potatoes, and an English muffin. Everything was really good and they even had honey to put on my English muffin… You don’t get that at every breakfast place.

On a road trip, we stopped here for breakfast. The place is decorated sort of «grandma-style» with knick-knacks and ruffles loaded on the front counter – even some family photos. It’s a little run-down, but times have been difficult in the area in general. We were there on a weekday morning and there were only about 2 – 4 other tables with customers at any given time. Service was friendly and helpful, but a little on the slow side and somewhat distracted by a table of regulars who apparently come in often(daily?) to play a dice table-game. The food was good and that is what we were there for. I had eggs Benedict with Dungeness crab and it was delish. It came with hashbrowns, my fave side dish with a bennie. I ignore the English muffin and pile my eggs & Hollandaise sauce over the hashbrowns and chow down. Yum. It was quite good with chunks of fresh crab and not just tiny little shreds of canned crab. Apparently, they make their own bread. One reviewer mentioned their freezer jam, so I was looking forward to that; but it just comes in one of those little foil-covered plastic containers(a la Smuckers, but not Smuckers). It is labeled freezer jam, but if you’re envisioning a nice little serving of homemade freezer jam, it’s not that. Overall, the food was good and we would go back if passing through Aberdeen.

While in Hoquiam, we stopped by this quaint little café. We were promptly greeted by a friendly server possessing a witty banter likely competitive of my own… haven’t had any food yet, but I’m already in. The menu consists of your average café food, i.e. sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads, etc. The sandwich I ordered(turkey, bacon, swiss grilled) was great. Perfectly grilled bread, great flavor, complete with french-fries that had a hard to come by crispness. Others got salads that looked great and well-portioned. Between the food, the prices, and the ambiance, this place is well worth the visit.

Stopped on way to Westport. Was breakfast time. Friendly and fast service. Breakfast sandwiches were solid. Get the side of red potatoes, well worth it.

All about the toast! They make their wheat and white in house, and it comes to your table buttered and perfect. I had the andouille sausage, and my boyfriend has the biscuits and gravy. A great hearty meal to prep us for a day of hiking.

Seated our group of 7 friends within 10 minutes, which is way faster than we are used to! Great happy service, always a full cup of coffee, and they make their bread fresh. I ordered a bacon cheese omelette and it was everything I dreamed of. I will 10 out of 10 be coming back here when I’m back in town!

We are in town for a baseball tournament and have tried out a few restaurants. This one has the friendliest service and the food is outstanding. My husband gives it 2 thumbs up in addition to 5 stars.

This little diner is some good home cookin! Homemade ranch, soups, fresh house roasted turkey & home baked bread. The food was fantastic but what really set this place apart was the service. Anne Marie was so lovely & nice. I love her sense of humor! Anne Marie’s keeps you full of good food & good laughter.

Love visiting new towns and I love finding the best cafes. I wasent so sure about this place but we were starving so thought we’d give it a try. Also the pictures on Unilocal weren’t helpful either. We ordered 2 chicken fried steak and eggs with an extra side of gravy. It took forever to get our food but oh my it was so yummy. I am absolutely surprised. Almost want to go back in the morning on our way out. The pancake we order looked great but was a tad rubbery. Staff was nice. We will surely come back the next time we visit.

Besides the food being great, the service is exceptional. I dropped my ring down the sink in their bathroom and they did everything in their power to help me retrieve it, letting us play around with it and being attentive even while they were still serving. Our server was funny and personable, joking and chatting with my grandmother throughout the meal. I had the Denver omelet and it was great, everyone else cleaned their plates as well. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!

So we walked in on a Sunday morning, all clad in our Broncos shirts and were greeted w the oddest glances from the clientele who all wore skittles colors. But the staff didn’t mind and treated us like family. We are calorie counting so we chose to split our omelets. Then we gave in and split a cinnamon roll too!!! The food is awesome. The omelets were cheesy and ours was STUFFED w meat. The white and wheat breads are made there. The cinnamon roll is warm and yummy. You will become a friend the second you walk in. Other customers helped us out by pointing out close by attractions and festivals. And the crowning glory was the freezer jam. Real sugar. Made in Washington. Thank you for those little touches and your lovely displays of faith. :) I can’t wait to come back. A place where even Broncos and Cowboys fans are welcome.

Small town vibe with a down home feel. The décor is ok, nothing special. The service was fast and friendly. I was really happy with the coffee. On to the food. I had a crab benedict which was really good with plenty of good crab in the mix. The potatoes were out of this world and the eggs were perfect and runny. My only complaint was the hollandaise had broken, and was still delicious. My amazing wife got the biscuits and gravy, which is one of our all time favorites at home. The biscuits were really nice and flaky but I was not a fan of the chicken gravy. Being a country boy I will tell you that your gravy needs to be sausage. We will accept a bacon base, and you are allowed to add coffee to make a saw mill gravy, but chicken? NO. All of that being said it was a good gravy, just not for this application. Not out of this world but i would stop in again.
