On 7÷11÷14 I came in to have my rt front rim replaced. One week before the front rt tire blew and Sam’s Club replaced both two front tires and mentioned that the reason the tire blew is because the rim is badly damaged causing them to add extra weights to balance to tire out. Justin (service tech) at L&M took me back into the shop to show me what he found was wrong with the rim, explained how to fix the problem and saved me money from buying a new rim that did not need replaced. Justin went out of his way to call Sam’s Club on his busy schedule to resolve the problem and then turned around to call my fiancé (owner of the vehicle) to explain the miscommunication with the rim. Justin remained calm, pleasant, smiled when he talked and went above and beyond to make things right again for us. I left there fully understanding what was done to my vehicle along with a friendly hand shake and lots of money saved. In my eye’s Justin is an asset to L&M, top notch customer service skill’s, honest and professional. Thank you Justin for a wonderful experience!!! P. S. The truck drives better now!
