The food is one of a kind! My family loves when I come home with a pot pie from here. The persians are the old school kind, the best you can get today. I love the yeast donuts. The family comes off as rude or put out, but the sweets are more than worth a grumble or two. My kid loves the milk shakes too, but I’ve never come for ice cream.
Lovely fresh baked goods and really nice local honeys, preserves and pickled things! I was only visiting Abbot for the weekend, but I went there twice. I may have refused to share the boston cream doughnuts I bought here.
