Gayle and I always had a modest supply of good Spanish wine with us as we traveled through Spain. Not only is the quality top notch, but the wines are such good value for the money. Plus a wine shop is a nice place to have a conversation and learn a little bit about local(or beyond) viticulture. The Cava Beso wine shop was a little quiet when Gayle and I walked in one glorious October afternoon. It was off season and the folks here were eager to please. And our only regret was not being more sociable by hanging out with them at their tasting bar. Their selection was very good and we left with a nice white that we very much enjoyed later at the Parador.
