I stayed here in two separate occasions on MAD to JFK overnight layovers. Excellent hotel, customer service was attentive, friendly and professional. The rooms and hotel were super clean, and the facilities were very modern and well kept. I loved the design of the rooms and lobby. Quiet!!! I slept like a baby. Fine selection of multi lingual news channels was an extra bonus. The complimentary airport shuttles ran regularly, and coordination of pickup and drop off to and from the airport were seamless. NOTE this hotel is super close to the airport, but NOT downtown Madrid. Perfect for layovers and a good night sleep though. If you’re a tourist expecting to see the city, stay in the center of Madrid. :)

The hotel is nice and everything but it is falsely advertised as being close to the airport or an «airport hotel» I was supposed to only spend one night in madrid so I decided to stay in a hotel by the airport(against all my friend’s advice). I figured why not? It will be easier for me to fly out in the morning… Well this hotel ended up being 6 – 10 miles away from the airport in the complete opposite direction of Madrid… not only that, there is no metro that goes to the city. You have to take a train into the city after a long bus ride. One positive is the nice staff, complimentary airport shuttle that leaves every hour, and the«new-ness».(built in 2010). But all that doesnt make up for the fact that it is REALLY far away from ANYTHING. No cab drives no where it is since its so far out of the city.
