He largest hotel room I’ve seen in Europe, and the people are super nice and friendly. The location is perfect for getting to the major sites and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Only thing that iked me was that I had to request a replacement light bulb in the bathroom 4 times before it was taken care of.

First off, I’m a fan of this place because of the customer service. I dealt with 3 different receptionists and they were all very gracious with our requests.
When we first arrived, we were booked in a cute room overlooking the main road. The bedding and walls were a little worn but the view was the highlight of the room. Unfortunately, it smelled like sewage. It was coming from the bad pipes in the bathroom. We asked to look at another room. The second room was on the other side of the hotel. It was a better and bigger room with no smell but also with no windows. So, finally we settled on the third room. The room was the best one with a side view of its private courtyard. It still smelled but we decided that most if not all of the rooms will be similar.
Other than that — friendly staff, reasonable rates, and ideal location. If it is your first time in Sevilla, it will be difficult to find and maneuver the small roads on your own to the hotel. I do suggest taking a taxi. $ 10 taxi ride to and from the train station. $ 20-​$ 30 to and from the airport. 5 min walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral, 10 min walk to the University, 15 min walk to the Parque.

Es un hotel con mucho encanto, esta en el barrio de Santa Cruz, en una gran plaza llena de bares y restaurantes y también esta en la plaza la iglesia mas antigua de Sevilla, la de Santa Maria la Blanca. Las habitaciones están dotadas de todos los adelantos, tiene televisión, minibar, wifi, son amplias modernas y es grande, por lo menos son sesenta habitaciones.
Además del restaurante del hotel puedes disfrutar de las terrazas de la ultima planta, que tienen vistas a la catedral y se ve perfectamente la Giralda. Por no hablar de la piscina, aunque no es muy grande nunca esta maxificada.
El personal no puede ser mas educado y agradable y la limpieza extrema. La ultima vez que vino mi amigo Mauricio que es italiano se volvió a quedar allí y yo fui varias veces a recogerlo, creo que algún año me iré de vacaciones a ese hotel ya que no me gusta viajar estaré de lujo sin moverme de Sevilla.
