If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. The weather is in the high 60’s but the manager refused to turn the air conditioning on, leaving only the heat on. When we first arrived at the hotel, we dragged our luggage in (no bellhop) through the hot, poor lit, and muggy hotel in a bad part of town with no sights or decent restaurants. When asked about this unusual air conditioning policy, my family and I were met with unbelievable rudeness. Needless to say we left the hotel within 3 hours of arrival (still charged for the nights we didn’t stay) and went to the Gran Melia. The NH Collection’s decent prices are not worth it, go somewhere else if you want to enjoy your trip!!!

The hotel itself was nice, but the food was horrible. I was with a group that was touring Spain and the NH Viapol was the hotel we stayed at for two nights. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were apart of the package. Let me ask you one question. How do you mess up chicken? The first night they served us dry tasteless chicken that me and the other travelers had to drown in olive oil and vinegar to make it eatable. The second night it was dry over cooked fish that sent me to the nearest Burger King. No one goes to Spain to eat at Burger King! I was so hungry that I just went to what was familiar. For that reason alone I don’t think I’d stay at that property again.

Réservation d’une chambre supérieure pour une petite semaine en amoureux.
Un super bon lit king size, buffet petit déjeuner ultra complet avec de vrais jus de fruits pressés (orange, abricot, ananas etc), du sucré, du salé bref je n’ai jamais vu un buffet avec autant de choix et d’aussi bonne qualité. La piscine est très appréciable pour se rafraîchir.
Seul hic le personnel né parle pas français (et pas très bien anglais!) Et un peu loin à pied du centre historique (20 min de marche) si on veut venir se reposer ou rafraîchir avant de resortir le soir. Mais la station de tram ou métro n’est pas loin!
Cet hotel nous a permis d’apprécier notre séjour à Séville.

Buen servicio de alojamiento, buenos precios y una calidad asombrosa en todos sus servicios.
Aunque personalmente creo que anda algo escaso de personal por lo que le doy 3 estrellas.

Me he alojado en numerosas ocasiones en este hotel. Ideal para viajes de negocios cuando vas a Sevilla por su cercanía con el entorno empresarial de la ciudad. Sus habitaciones resultan acogedoras y muy confortables. Casi pecan de excesivamente grandes! El precio del hotel: acorde a lo que ofrecen. Recomendable.

Este hotel esta situado en todo el corazón finaciero, comercial y de ocio de Sevilla. Esta bastante cerca del nervión plaza, también muy cerca de la universidad de empresariales. Su habitaciones son muy modernas en estilo interior, muy acogedoras y bastante confortables. No querras salir de aqui. Es un hotel de 4 estrrellas lo cual el precio no es q sea demasiado bueno, es algo carillo, tampoco tanto pero merece la pena
