Muy, muy ricos los helados de esta heladería que se estrenaba en Rota el pasado verano con bastante éxito, pero que no había probado hasta ahora. Soy un fan de los de La Ibense, pero debo reconocer que Margarita La Fresca se ha convertido en una seria competidora, porque por el mismo precios tienes tarrinas que llenan mucho más del tope y sabores que quizás no son especialmente novedosos(a estas alturas, creo que ya es difícil encontrar algo nuevo), pero sí muy cremosos y ricos. El local es pequeñito y solo puedes comprar para llevar, pero merece la pena probar estos helados. Me quedo, de momento, con el de cheesecake y tocino de cielo. Impresionantes.

This is my go to spot for ice cream in Rota. During the summer they are open very late. During the winter months, they are only open fri-sun, but the hours vary. The staff here are super nice and if they aren’t super busy, they will Let you sample flavors. During the summer, they have a number system to help with the customers. Grab your ticket number, and then make the hard choice of which flavors to choose for the evening. I don’t have a favorite flavor from here since everything I’ve tried has tasted delicious. It is a to-go establishment so enjoy it while walking around, or while sitting on the beach. I am unsure if they take credit card since i always pay cash when I go.
